Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for core platform architecture, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for emerging technologies.
- System Design: Architect complex distributed systems that integrate AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing paradigms.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product leaders and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies to enhance product performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI/ML infrastructure, Quantum Computing principles, or advanced Web3 technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving high-impact technical challenges with innovative solutions.
