Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture for the Symbiotic OS, focusing on real-time data processing and neural network integration.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists to deliver breakthrough features ahead of the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure system integrity and security in decentralized environments.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack system architecture, with a focus on AI and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their deployment constraints.
- Experience with quantum computing paradigms and edge computing architectures is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through rapid scaling and complex technical challenges.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go, with experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
