The Role
We are looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between abstract future concepts and tangible product delivery. You will be responsible for identifying emerging tech trends, assessing their viability for our platform, and steering our engineering teams toward adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and Automation Strategy for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and integration of next-gen Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure ethical AI implementation and data privacy.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Neural Interfaces) and assess their potential impact on our roadmap.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven decision-making frameworks across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Deep technical understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and modern NLP architectures.
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy.
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders alike.
