Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, focusing on AGI readiness and advanced NLP.
- Model Governance: Establish rigorous frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and bias mitigation to ensure responsible deployment of generative models.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the architecture of complex machine learning systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance under load.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D projects exploring cutting-edge areas such as Quantum Machine Learning and Edge AI integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, legal teams, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and align technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
