Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen applications and autonomous systems by the 2026 deadline.
- Generative AI Leadership: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product lines to drive automation and efficiency.
- Strategic Vision: Define long-term AI roadmaps in collaboration with the C-suite, translating complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce ethical AI guidelines and compliance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and quantum AI, identifying high-impact opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, neural architecture search, and modern cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
