Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning models and deep learning architectures using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimization & Performance: Spearhead efforts to optimize model inference, reduce latency, and improve throughput in production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices to ensure reliable model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-scale data processing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
