Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and deploy scalable AI models and robotic control systems for next-generation automation.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy and milestones for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Data Strategy: Lead the creation of high-performance datasets and implement MLOps pipelines to manage model lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and hardware engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed machine learning models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with CUDA or GPU acceleration.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of robotics control theory, sensor fusion, or Natural Language Processing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures and optimize for performance and efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for technical presentations and stakeholder updates.
