Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and publish findings in top-tier conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
- Experience deploying AI models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
