Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Drive the research agenda for 2026, focusing on next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI architectures.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Publication & Patents: Author high-impact research papers and file patents for proprietary AI technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and data engineering, to translate research into deployable products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve model latency, accuracy, and efficiency for production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning research, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to tackle unstructured problems.
