- Research & Publication: Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) to establish thought leadership in the AI community.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and transparency in all AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or applied engineering.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and define technical strategies for future horizons.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale research projects.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
