Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for large-scale language and vision models.
- Research Leadership: Drive fundamental research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, and generative AI.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting deployment in the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
