Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications across mobile and edge devices.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to translate research into user-centric features.
- Publication: Author high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences and workshops.
- Infrastructure: Design scalable pipelines and data pipelines to support large-scale model training and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Mathematics: Strong grasp of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
