Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms focused on the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Design, train, and optimize deep neural networks to improve model accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with a strong portfolio of published papers or deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or generative models.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
