Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our flagship AI products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Advanced Research: Conduct high-level research in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing to solve complex industry problems.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate research findings into market-ready solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Publishing: Author technical papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership in the AI space.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a proven track record of published work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term (2026 vision) while delivering immediate, high-quality results.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
