Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the design and implementation of novel machine learning models and algorithms focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy scalable AI systems using modern frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into technical research plans and architecture blueprints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Publish & Present: Contribute to high-impact academic papers and present findings at leading industry conferences.
- Code Review: Maintain high standards of code quality and mentor junior engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV).
- Tools: Strong experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and version control (Git).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
