Responsibilities
- Architect & Innovate: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and computational costs while maintaining high accuracy for production models.
- Research Leadership: Conduct independent research to publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical code reviews, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Deployment: Manage the full MLOps lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- NLP: Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing, Transformers, or similar sequence modeling techniques.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
