Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for 2026 readiness, ensuring scalability, security, and performance under peak load.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into our existing AI pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices are maintained.
- Oversee the deployment of microservices and containerized applications on cloud-native infrastructure.
- Drive the migration strategy to ensure seamless operation as we approach the 2026 deadline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
