Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect hybrid quantum-classical algorithms designed to outperform classical models by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers in developing novel neural network architectures and quantum kernels.
- Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with quantum processing units (QPUs) for enhanced reasoning capabilities.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference times and energy efficiency for edge computing environments.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the company's transition into autonomous AI agents.
- Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to emerging AI safety and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience in high-level research).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of leading technical projects.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs like Qiskit or Cirq.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics applied to computing, entanglement, and superposition.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unsolved problems in high-dimensional data spaces.
