Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for hybrid classical-quantum AI systems.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network models optimized for quantum hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI lab.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure system latency and accuracy targets are met.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative, agile environment.
