Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of our 2026 tech stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with neural networks, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, fault-tolerant system architectures for AI and quantum computing integration.
- Project 2026 Leadership: Spearhead the technical roadmap for Horizon Systems' flagship 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of complex algorithms to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research labs to prototype next-gen AI models using hybrid classical-quantum approaches.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
