Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum neural networks and hybrid classical-quantum machine learning models.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating AI frameworks with quantum processing units.
- Optimize algorithm performance and reduce latency in high-stakes computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development to validate new architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing (experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
