- Quantum Integration: Lead the deployment of quantum cloud services (e.g., IBM Quantum, Google Sycamore) to enhance computational speed and accuracy.
- Optimization Strategy: Develop algorithms that reduce computational overhead, ensuring real-time processing for high-volume data streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with hardware engineers and data scientists to create a unified ecosystem for future tech.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, publishing papers and presenting findings on quantum-augmented AI at top-tier conferences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers in best practices for high-performance computing and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
