Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale language models and generative AI frameworks.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Security Experts.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Research emerging trends in neural architecture search and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
