Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for inference speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring novel architectures and techniques to solve complex business problems.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring reproducibility and automated deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning frameworks.
- Tools: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
