In this role, you won't just maintain existing models; you will architect the infrastructure that defines the future of human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve state-of-the-art performance in reasoning and generation.
- Optimize inference latency and cost using advanced model quantization and distillation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-time consumer applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and robustness in production environments.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and contribute to the development of safety guidelines for autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience deploying models in high-throughput, low-latency environments (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Demonstrated success in leading technical projects from conception to production launch.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
