Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making
- Develop quantum-inspired algorithms to optimize computational efficiency
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and neural architecture search
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced ML techniques and responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with 5+ years in ML engineering
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production deployment of large-scale models
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum-inspired algorithms
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud-native architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation strategies
