Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize AI models for high performance, low latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to automate model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate new advancements in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, or LLMs.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready machine learning systems.
