- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging 2026 technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Proven track record of shipping high-performance models to production.
