Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for 2026 readiness.
- Lead research initiatives into Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Agentic AI.
- Optimize large language models for low-latency, high-volume inference environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Establish and maintain best practices for model governance and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
