Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI models aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI products, from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for real-time applications using distributed computing.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
- Ensure data governance, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained throughout the ML lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI research, or a similar technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
