Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models to production environments.
- Optimize existing AI models for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle high-volume data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and drive AI strategy.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP.
- Build robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and data scientists within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying production-grade machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, and generative AI concepts.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
