Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency.
- Conduct research to identify novel algorithms and architectures for complex problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them practically.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and mathematical foundations of machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
