Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the development of advanced neural networks and machine learning models tailored for 2026 scalability.
- Pipeline Optimization: Build and maintain high-throughput data pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Model Deployment: Deploy and optimize AI models using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and MLOps best practices.
- Strategic Innovation: Define the technical roadmap for our future AI products, focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, fairness standards, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading technical architecture.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Expertise: Proven experience working with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Strong track record of solving complex mathematical and algorithmic problems at scale.
