Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and pipelines tailored for high-volume data processing.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts to explore emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap, including LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- Model Optimization: Improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency to deploy production-ready solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business value.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Language Model Expertise: Experience fine-tuning or training Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
