Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks designed for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput for high-volume applications.
- Design robust data pipelines to handle massive datasets, ensuring data integrity and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into legacy systems seamlessly.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish best practices for MLOps.
- Research and implement novel techniques in generative AI and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
