We are building the digital infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of next-generation generative models and autonomous systems.
In this role, you won't just be maintaining existing systems; you will architect the future of synthetic media, ethical AI alignment, and human-computer symbiosis. Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI architectures capable of handling multimodal data (text, video, audio) with high fidelity.
- Ensure Ethical Alignment: Develop safety protocols and alignment techniques to prevent bias and ensure AI outputs adhere to strict ethical standards.
- Optimize Compute Infrastructure: Scale training pipelines on cloud-native environments, focusing on energy efficiency and cost reduction.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, publishing findings and contributing to open-source communities.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, ethicists, and engineers to integrate AI seamlessly into consumer products.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive knowledge of transformer models (BERT, GPT, ViT).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver scalable solutions.
