Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models for predictive analytics and natural language processing.
- Lead the architecture and development of the 2026 strategic AI framework, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize algorithms for high-performance computing environments and reduce inference latency.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with a focus on Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
