Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and neural networks to support business objectives and 2026 strategic goals.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance, scalability, and low latency in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Monitor model performance and accuracy, implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
