Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks for 2026-scale data volumes.
- Model Optimization: Research and deploy state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and inference efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into cutting-edge AI technical roadmaps.
- System Design: Lead the architecture of end-to-end AI systems, including data ingestion, feature engineering, and model serving.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied Research.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Specialization: Deep experience with Deep Learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
