Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and Machine Learning systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for production environments to ensure high availability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and deploying production-level Machine Learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs) and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
