Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Machine Learning Architect to lead our technological trajectory leading up to and beyond 2026. As we push the boundaries of generative AI and autonomous systems, you will define the architectural blueprint for the next generation of intelligent software solutions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production engineering, ensuring our systems are not only powerful but also ethical and efficient. You will be instrumental in shaping our 2026 roadmap, integrating cutting-edge quantum-ready algorithms into our core infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for next-gen LLM applications and autonomous agents.
- Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating quantum-ready algorithms into core infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployment models.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex research into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and production systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
