Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex machine learning systems and deep learning models.
- Optimization: Optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, and scalability, focusing on low-latency inference for real-time applications.
- Research Implementation: Translate the latest academic research in AI (2026 roadmap) into production-ready code and architectural patterns.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps to deploy models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) with a focus on MLOps best practices.
- Model Governance: Establish guidelines for model monitoring, testing, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning systems.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and microservices.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues and optimize system performance.
