Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product cycle, defining architectural milestones and infrastructure scaling requirements.
- System Design: Architect high-availability, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure using cloud-native technologies and edge computing protocols.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict data privacy regulations.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies from top cloud providers and hardware partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure and cloud systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
