Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-availability AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating quantum-ready protocols into current stacks.
- Optimize deep learning models for latency and throughput in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud-native AI development.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Research emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing, to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a strong understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA, ROCm).
- Proven track record of designing systems for high concurrency and distributed processing.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong background in neural network optimization and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
