- Implement quantum-resistant encryption for distributed training pipelines
- Optimize federated learning networks across global edge nodes
- Design fail-safe systems for autonomous AI decision-making frameworks
- Lead migration from classical to quantum-entangled computing infrastructure
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in distributed systems with 5+ years in AI/ML infrastructure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, TensorFlow Extended, and NVIDIA DGX systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Rust and Go for high-performance system development
- Experience with GDPR/CCPA compliance for AI data pipelines
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical innovation portfolio
