Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems at scale
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and edge AI
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Machine Intelligence
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in AI safety and alignment techniques
