Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to translate technical advancements into user-centric business solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to anticipate technological shifts and regulatory changes.
- Lead the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) models and pilot programs for emerging technologies.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployed systems.
- Manage a budget for innovation initiatives and report on ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the tech department.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic role within the technology sector, with at least 5 years focused specifically on AI and Machine Learning strategy.
- Deep technical knowledge of current AI trends, including LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and their practical business applications.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience navigating the ethical and regulatory landscapes of AI deployment in the US.
