We are building the infrastructure that will define the next decade of human-computer interaction, and we need a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and scalable engineering.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our next-generation AI ecosystems, focusing on Generative Intelligence, Spatial Computing, and Ethical AI frameworks. You will work closely with product visionaries to ensure our technology is not just current, but future-proof.

We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves solving complex problems. You will lead a team of elite engineers, define technical roadmaps, and push the boundaries of what is possible in software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on advanced AI integration and spatial computing.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle millions of concurrent users.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Legal) to ensure technical feasibility and compliance.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of engineering talent through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.
- Drive architectural decisions that balance innovation with security, performance, and maintainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical software products on time and within budget.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
