Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, cloud-native architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents capable of reasoning and decision-making.
- Pioneer Spatial Computing Solutions: Lead the integration of AR/VR technologies into our software ecosystem, creating immersive user experiences that merge digital and physical realities.
- Drive Quantum-Ready Development: Evaluate and implement early-stage quantum algorithms for optimization problems and cryptography, ensuring our systems are future-proof.
- Optimize Edge Intelligence: Develop lightweight, on-device machine learning models that process data locally for privacy and speed, reducing latency in real-time applications.
- Establish AI Governance: Create frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of deploying and managing large-scale AI workloads on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Emerging Tech: Strong understanding of neural architecture search, federated learning, and computer vision techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
