Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Solutions: Design and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tuning strategies for proprietary and open-source models.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and optimize model memory footprint for edge deployment and high-throughput web applications.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, hallucination reduction, and ethical AI safety standards.
- System Integration: Collaborate with full-stack engineers to integrate complex AI models into production-grade APIs and user interfaces.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for machine learning engineering within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Machine Learning.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Frameworks: Proven experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Databases: Strong understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and SQL.
